1993 The beginning  

Ala’Eldine lebanese bakery opens its door for trade staffed by the Habib family serving traditional manouch to Greenacre and surrounding suburbs 

-We introduced the Meat & Cheese a product very popular today across Sydney  

2001 Oven Bake 

New name, new look same great recipes

-We introduced the Baked Falafel wrap 

2004 Big Year 

The Bulldogs win the granfinal 

-We introduced the now OvenBake Signature Nutella balls 

2013 Facelift 

Greenacre gets a facelift the plans created by Strathfield council were laid out at OvenBake for the comunity to view and have a say in the designs

2017 Community Support

We began our support to the Greenacre community centre, sposored the Greenacre Tigers football club The Greenacre Eagles soccer club

2020 Renovations 

Doors closed for renovations just as Covid 19 began, lockdowns and delays, OvenBake remained closed for 2 years 

2022 Back In Business

After a major renovation and new look our doors re-opened. The support and good wishes from the community has been phenomenal, 30 years on, we still serving our community with great Lebanese food and raising the bar for customer service
